Awrite, next stuff we have Bauwaves on the stack of the reviewee album. Well its awesome to know that Salinas put out another stuff that I would adore, I mean like mostly other stuffs they put out I have a much adoration for the catalogues. And this time we have Bauwaves on their latest catalogue, alongside the most awaited Notches' full length. Well actually Bauwaves is a new band to me and it is a new band that just put out a new full length and wondering why they put out a plan white avatar pic on instagram or facebook page haha. Well its just art matters and everyone is totally personal about it so why the hell I would have a fucking comment about that. Hopefully that doesnt look facistic to the band (Well sorry sir!).
I can say that Salinas Records put out a different thing this time by putting out these Austin's noisy punk trio, Bauwaves. I mean I know that some of the stuffs that Salinas Records has been produced so far ranging from indiepunk, emo, or folk-punk so far. And this time its kinda suprise me out that they put out a noise punk band Bauwaves.
Well for the first time, actually I notice them on their debut single entitled 'Early Morning Summer' which is being put out as a single and made up as music video as well. Actually its been a damn long time I havent noticed or fully listening to these kinda band but Bauwaves has caught my attention on the first impression via this full length. I mean like the band that put out a good melodies and harmonies on their songwriting and if Bauwaves being something I'm not into but they do have such a kickin melodies and harmonies so yes this one is a good stuff I would into. Also in other words, I love their debut full length! Well musically I can describe them as a lovebird of Sonic Youth with a more melodious vibe of the late Husker Du sounds and yes once again I tell you their full length sounds noisy and melodious at the same time. Who would knows that this probably what everyone will be into in the future or shorter one :)
This full length is produced on vinyl only by Salinas Records and for the digital distribution its available on many digital distribution outlets such as Bandcamp, Spotify, iTunes, etc. Well what's been good about Salinas itself to me is like they always keep everything small and everything good :)
