Musician : Maxwell Stern
Album : Impossible Sum
Date Release : September 25th 2020
Publisher : Lauren Records
Well the second review stuff coming from one of ur favorite musician to date who just put out his debut full length, Maxwell Stern. Well you know its been totally nice to know that many musicians still produce stuffs on this such a crazy time though it is still impossible for anyone to do a tour in order promotting the album. Actually I've been noticing Max for his solo stuff since the EP 'There's A Time For Everything' though he's been active on several bands like Timeshares and Signals Midwest.
We know that producing a full length is so much different when you're doing a solo rather than being in a band, esspecially for the debut one.
Musically I can say 'Impossible Sum' LP has taken a different result if you would like to compare from any other Max's music project like Signals Midwest or Timeshares. Lets say I would recognize Max's output by Signals Midwest which many people considering them as an Indiepunk band and at first I expected him to be so but it goes differently for 'Impossible Sum'. The full length has richer contents musically than any other Max's output as I can say and sometimes this line popped up in my head when listening to this full length 'Damn this part sounds like a country song but it is lovely indeed'. Yes 'Impossible Sum' is one of a stuff I would like to recomend you on this fukked up year.
The full length is released by one of our favorite label from California, Lauren Records, and available on vinyl only for physical version. Oh ya it is available with Tee's bundling as well. Oh ya one more thing the full length is available to be purchased on many digital platforms as well. Please everyone gives some love for 'Impossible Sum'.
