Hi everyone! Finally this webzine returns to get updated though you know all the thing got worsen as we know the omnibus bill is finalized and starts to choke out every worker's life. And this time we have a review coming from an underrated band who just put out a full length this year, The Furniture. Lets say 2020 is a year where all the hells are breaking loose and also probably this is a time every musician could losely break out their emotional outlet in maximum, I mean I've been seeing so much favorite bands and musicians put out their new releases this year.

The Furniture is a band that I found unintentionally via Notches' facebook page. I saw this band's name laid on a flyer where Notches were on the bill as well and you know I trace out the band's name on a facebook page searching engine, there voila I found a godamn gem I swear. And as story developed, on 2019 this band put out three godamn EP on the fucking same time. My head was like 'why should three godamn EP's?? Why not just name them as a full length for godsake??'. There on, I found 'With Laserlike Focus' EP on the stereo which becomes my first crush toward the band and yes those three EP are flawless indiepunk tunes you should take a listen to!
And its totally suprise me that The Furniture put out a full length finally on March 2020 entitled 'Universe City'. Yes no big and striping promos or other gimmicks, the baby just borned to this world! And this band is punk as fukk as I might say. Musically in general I could say that The Furniture will present you an ass kickin indiepunk songwriting and infecting melodies that easily stuck in your head. Well I think if simply love The Weakerthans, The Furniture might be a band you shall take a listen to! There's no significant differences made up between those three EP's and the debut full length 'Universe City', the songwriting is still kicking and only this time the band does not incorporate synth or keyboard sound this time.
The full length is a self-produced and available on cassette tapes sold on the bandcamp and yes its available on much streaming services like spotify, deezer, etc. Really hope that this band would get a place of where they should be, if you know what I mean :)
